To Miss The Hajj (Fawat) (Maliki)

What is the fawat in islam? What will happen miss the hajj?

If the person who wears the ihram in order to perform the hajj is not found in Arafat for even a moment from the time of the zawal waqt on the day of arafe up to the time the sun starts to rise on the day of eid, they will have missed the hajj. This person will perform the umrah and get out of the ihram. They will perform the qaza of their hajj in later years.
